This AAC and choice board application was carefully curated by educators and therapists specializing in special needs to facilitate the engagement of nonverbal students in educational settings. Through a simple tap of a button, users can have the button text audibly spoken through the voice of either a male or female. The app offers a diverse range of pages covering various topics such as yes/no, alphabet, numbers, interactive speaking clock, skip counting, opposites, colors, world map, US coins, bullying, daily routines like getting dressed and using the bathroom, seasons, emotions, educational games like BINGO, body parts, life cycle of a butterfly, as well as customizable pages with editable text and images.

Both educators and parents have the flexibility to navigate through different pages by swiping a single finger from the upper right corner to the lower left corner of the screen. Alternatively, enabling settings and arrow buttons allow children to independently switch between pages. With over 100 prebuilt pages featuring vibrant buttons and the capability to create up to 100 additional pages with personalized buttons that are fully customizable with editing options. Additionally, there is also a Spanish-language version available for wider accessibility.

For switch users facing dexterity challenges, Verbal Me accommodates the use of a Bluetooth switch. By simply setting up the switch within the iPad or iPhone Settings by turning on Bluetooth and connecting to the device, students can assign specific functions for each button on their switch within Verbal Me. This customization can involve actions like advancing to the next button or triggering the button press. In instances where individuals have 1-button switches, activating auto scanning in the Verbal Me settings allows for effective button selection upon pressing the switch button.
